Rates & Seasonal Pricing
All rates are quoted in USD and subject to change until a reservation is confirmed. Nightly rates vary by season, holiday periods, and local events. Higher rates apply during spring break, summer, and major holidays. Discounts may be available for weekly or extended stays.
Taxes & Fees
Applicable state and local lodging taxes will be added to the total reservation cost.
A non-refundable cleaning fee of $250 applies to each booking.
Pet Policy
Well-behaved dogs (2) are welcome with prior approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $100 per stay applies. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets and any damages or extra cleaning required. If extra cleaning is required after your stay, you will be charged. Unauthorized pets may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Occupancy & Minimum Stay
Maximum 6 occupancy limit and 2 night minimum requirements apply.
Credit Card Processing Fee
The credit card processing fee of up to 2% applies to credit card or charge card payments to cover secure, payment processing and handling. This fee complies with Colorado Revised Statutes § 5-2-212 and is not applied to debit-card payments or other non-card methods. This was the second time we stayed here, great little place with a fantastic location!
Location is Amazing
We really enjoyed our stay and rented both the Riverside Hacienda and the Frontside Hacienda, which worked perfectly for our group. I stayed at the Riverside Hacienda for a girls trip in the fall and decided to come back and rent the entire place with friends for a ski trip. Kristen was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. Having two communal spaces was a great bonus and gave us plenty of room to hang out together. The location is amazing. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.
I only wish another star or two were able to give them.
I have been working with Central Colorado Getaways team for years and can say without reservation they are just great. I often lead groups on ski trips in addition to our family trips to Salida and the surrounding area. Kristan and her team are on unfailingly friendly and helpful and ensure that I can provide my folks without worry. Both the Haciendas and the service have invariably exceeded expectations. I only wish another star or two were able to give them.
