Central Colorado Getaways was founded by Kristan Haver with one simple goal: to create vacation homes where guests feel instantly relaxed, genuinely welcomed, and thoughtfully cared for from the moment they arrive.
With years of experience working in luxury private homes and hospitality in the Aspen area, Kristan learned the value of thoughtful details, genuine comfort, and warm, attentive service. As a third-generation professional in Aspen’s luxury home and hospitality industry, she was fortunate to learn from her mother and grandmother — two incredible women who modeled what exceptional care and attention to detail truly look like.
During her time in Aspen, Kristan worked in private residences for several high-profile entertainers in the music and film industry, where she learned the highest standards of privacy, meticulous preparation, and five-star service. Those experiences shaped her hands-on approach and deep appreciation for creating spaces that feel both welcoming and beautifully cared for.
Kristan treats every home with the same care and attention she gives her own vacation home, ensuring each one feels welcoming, spotless, and thoughtfully prepared for every guest. Her goal is to create an experience guests remember — and return to — year after year.
